If by chance the promotion does not have a code then it means that you just have to click on the “use coupon[Untitled]” for the offer to be redeemed. Orders are qualified on the company’s money back guarantee and 30-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with the Medifast Meal that you ordered, you can exchange any items purchased within 30 days. You can only exchange up to 10 boxes of the same type and price. In order to qualify for an exchange, there should be no more than one item removed from a box. Omega-3 is not accepted for exchange. All exchanged products cannot be returned for exchange or refund. If you need to exchange orders you have to call Customer Service Team to obtain a Return Authorization slip which will be required on all exchanges.
